inspired by: Phantom of the Opera

I absolutely looooove this play, I have seen it 3 times and it is still my favorite! I loved the movie too, when it came out as it gave some back story. If you haven't seen it, go out and at least rent it on video ASAP and you will see what I mean.

The whole story is set in Paris in the 1800s, and the scenery is lush and opulent. Think rich red velvet curtains, golden statues and heaps of candelabras and misty dark corners. Mysterious and romantic with a beautiful love story and fantastic music, whenever I watch this again I am inspired to turn my house/wardrobe into a gothic dark beautiful thing.
