Week in Review: Princess Eugenie, 17-23 April

Here's what Eugenie wore from 17-23 April:

1. Attending Holly Branson's engagement party, 21 April. Well...there are very few that can pull off that flutter sleeve, and I'm tempted to say Eug isn't one of them. But I'm all in for the rest of it!
