Frugal Gourmet

4 oz of spagetti(10p) half a tin of pink salmon (50p), half a bag of baby spinach(30p) a pot of sour cream and chive dip. (65p) Total = £1.55 = 72p each)Cook the spagetti, wash the spinach in a colander, pour the just cooked spagetti over the top, it will wilt and semi cook the spinach. Return to the pan with the dip and salmon and heat through. Serve with a sprinkle of ground black pepper. Frugal gourmet! (double this for a family of 4)
