Finally!!!! Balmain is creating a younger more afforadable line. As much as I liked the extemely expensive brand of a simple T-shirt being 1,000 dollars at times, having a more considerate price for a new line for Balmain is more convenient.
The youthful line will be under the name 'Pierre Balmain' and will launch this Septemeber at New York Fashion Week, this is yet to be confirmed.
Since Christophe Decarnin left and Olivier Rousteing replaced him as creative director, I think we will be seeing some changes to Balmain.
