- Attending the wedding of Prince Rashid bin El Hassan and Zeina Shaban in Jordan, 22 July. Repeated pink Escada - not very fancy, but when the dress code for men is plain business suits, it works.

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 26 June - 2 July
Here's what Victoria wore from 26 June - 2 July:
Ah, that's better.
Photos: Getty Images/Daylife/Newscom/Svenskdam/Royal court
- a) and b) Meeting the UAE's foreign minister at the Royal Palace, 28 June. Just odd all over, this one.
- a) At the wedding of the Prince and Princess of Monaco, 2 July, and b) the hat. And speaking of odd...I feel like this is Escada trying to do the ornamentation that only Elie Saab couture can pull off. Oh, V, you should just stick with Mr. Saab. Pretty please?
- a) At the evening ball, 2 July. I'm concerned about the belt detail (b). Plastic? What? Huh?
Ah, that's better.

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 12-18 June
Here's what Victoria wore from 12-18 June:
- Lunch with Prince Turki of Saudi Arabia, 14 June. Hmm...not sold on this one. Bit random, isn't it?
- Attending the annual meeting of the friends of the Drottningholm Theatre, 16 June. The pink is always my favorite, that's a given.
- At a dinner for the AAPKI Foundation, 13 June.

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 22-28 May
Here's what Victoria wore from 22-28 May:
1. Day 1 of the official visit to Germany with Daniel, 24 May. This is cute and fun - thumbs up.
2. Dinner on Day 1, 24 May. Compared to the other dresses in this row, this one is my least favorite. Just a lot of stuff going on here with all the ruching and big jewelry and such.
3. a) Day 2, 25 May, and b) from Escada. Another Escada thumbs up from me - feminine, all around loveliness.
4. Day 2 again, 25 May. I should probably give out the same crap I usually do to the likes of Mathilde for all the matching accessories, but I won't. Because those shoes are fierce, and that dress is perfect.
5. a) Day 3, 26 May, and b) from Lanvin. Here's the thing about snakeskin print: a little goes a long way. Shoes AND a dress? No. (Also, I don't know, was this really the best choice for a visit to the Holocaust Memorial?)
6. a) Dinner at the Swedish embassy on Day 3, 26 May, and b) from Escada. I miss the pretty hair-down situation from when she wore this back in August.
7. Day 4, 27 May. Loving the dress, and loving the idea of adding a belt...just not loving this belt. Looks a little cheap-o to me, the way it stands apart from the dress.

Best and Worst of the Week
Surprisingly difficult to pick a best this week! I liked both of the pink Escadas, but in the end the fit and the jewel tone blue won the week for me. It wasn't at all hard, on the other hand, to pick a worst: just a giant NO on the snakeskin affair.Photos: PurePeople/Abaca/Svenskdam

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 15-21 May
Here's what Victoria wore from 15-21 May:
Photos: PPE/Svenskdam/ANP/PurePeople/Abaca
- Speaking at the opening of the Nobel Laureate Symposium on Global Sustainability, 17 May. Here's a full length view from a previous outing.
- Arriving in Ockelbo (Daniel's home) for their three day visit, 19 May.
- Dinner at Gavle Palace, 19 May, a) on Victoria and b) from Escada. We have this one in navy, and the long version in red...wow, when she likes something, she goes all out, doesn't she?
- More engagements, 20 May, with YSL shoes and Malene Birger bag (Victoria often goes with Birger for bags).
- Reception in Ockelbo, 20 May. The traditional outfits were a wedding gift.
- Last day in Ockelbo, 21 May. Ah, a repeat from the glorious stylist days before the wedding. Nostalgia!
Best and Worst of the Week
Let's start with the worst. Outfit 2...well, it looks like something Queen Elizabeth would have worn in at Victoria's age, sensible lady that she is. Which is fine. For 1956. I'm no fan of that H&M dress from outfit 4, but at least it's youthful! The Alberta Ferretti is also a rather mature look, but it gets my best anyways because I'm still clinging to the notion that she might make a triumphant return to her pre-wedding style one of these days. A girl can dream.Photos: PPE/Svenskdam/ANP/PurePeople/Abaca

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 24-30 April
Here's what Victoria wore from 24-30 April:
Photos: Aftonbladet/Getty Images/Daylife/ANP
- Easter with Daniel's family, 24 April.
- Pre-wedding dinner in advance of the royal wedding, 28 April.
- The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding, 29 April, a) on Victoria, and b) from Elie Saab. My favorite!
- Attending a wedding after party at Pavlos and Marie-Chantal's house, 29 April. Update: This dress is from Filippa K.
- Back in Sweden for the 65th birthday of the King, 30 April. And...back to suits and ponytails. She gets an excuse for being in London until midnight and back in Stockholm by noon on duty again, I guess.

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 6-12 March
Here's what Victoria wore from 6-12 March:
Photos: Expressen/PurePeople/Abaca
- Being named "Woman of the Year 2010", 7 March. Same as we saw a few weeks ago.
- Visit to Malmö, Day 1, 9 March. Super cute coat.
- Dinner on Day 1, 9 March.
- In Malmö, Day 2, 10 March. The coat's still cute, but I'm over it now.
- Day 2, 10 March, no coat. Also: SHOOTIES.
- Dinner at City Hall, 10 March. I think this dress is actually navy, though it looks black.
- Day 3 in Malmö, 11 March.
- Victoria's name day, 12 March.
Best and Worst of the Week
Second royal visit of the year with hardly any color in sight. For want of something bright, the red name day outfit wins the week: it's colorful and flattering. Outfit 7, on the other hand, is none of the above. Nothing really going on here.Photos: Expressen/PurePeople/Abaca

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 16-22 January
Here's what Crown Princess Victoria wore the week of 16-22 January:
On another note, check out the total lack of color this week! I think she looks good, but I'm getting a little worried about all these princesses and their neutrals. 2011 better get more colorful, and quick!
Photos: ANP/PPE/Svenskdam
- Day 1 of her official visit to the UAE, 17 January. This is the outfit that prompted the royal court to issue a pregnancy denial (for whatever that's worth). If you didn't want to encourage pregnancy talk, why would you wear your top like that? She knows people are watching, right? Hmm.
- A reception on Day 1, 17 January. Love this jacket, and this is an interesting contrast to the bump-friendly day outfit.
- Day 2, 18 January. This is clean and simple. I'll buy it.
- Day 3, first outfit, 19 January. Well, this looks familiar. Day 2 is my preference; without the fresh white color these kind of suits can age a girl.
- Day 3, second outfit, 19 January. Simple and casual for a visit to a national park.
- Day 3, third outfit, 19 January. Love it!
- a) Day 4, 20 January, and b) the coat from Armani. Fantastic coat, odd shoe pairing. Elegant jacquard and...reptile?
Best and Worst of the Week
I just love outfit #6! Great contrast between the cardigan, the texture of the skirt, and the shine of the shirt. Not a bad week, but this one shines the most for me. Outfit #1 also has some good contrast going on, but it's my worst of the week because of the Bump Factor. Don't get me wrong, I'm hoping the palace will have an announcement for us soon, I just don't see a bump elsewhere this week and wouldn't go stirring up speculation if I didn't need to. But that's just me. Where do you stand on the bump speculation situation? On another note, check out the total lack of color this week! Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 29 August - 4 September
Here's what Crown Princess Victoria wore the week of 29 August - 4 September:
Photos: Svenskdam, svt.se
- Polar Music Awards, 30 August, and the Escada dress and Yves St Laurent shoes that are reappearing after Nikolaos and Tatiana's pre-wedding party. This is a little too rock star for a princess, I think, but at least she's showing that model a thing or two. Mostly I can't handle the shoes.
- Attending the final concert of the Östersjöfestivalen, 2 September, a) from the back and b) from the front. It's one dress but it would be so much better as a top tucked into a high-waisted skirt, no? It needed something, but that necklace wasn't it.
- Attending the ceremonial first blasting of the Karolinska hospital in Stockholm, 3 September. Lovely color, but this outfit scares me. It's too much like the Victoria of yore: dressing too old (the boxy cut on that jacket isn't flattering) and it marks the return of the dreaded ponytail.
