David Beckham Launches Underwear For H&M

David Beckham follows the footsteps of wife Victoria Beckham in designing. David Beckham has signed a 2year partnership with H&M for a line of bodywear.

H&M said in a statement: "It marks the beginning of a significant relationship between H&M and David Beckham, with new Bodywear products being launched seasonally,". Telegraph

So in November we look forward to Versace collaborating with H&M (CAN'T WAIT) and in February 'Golden balls' (Victoria refers to him as that) launching underwear line.

I wonder do the Beckhams need money? Since when does David design, perhaps being the face of Armani underwear had encouraged him? Ah well just hope he's on the cover of H&M Ads!

Dreamy!!!!

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 12-18 June

Here's what Victoria wore from 12-18 June:

  1. Lunch with Prince Turki of Saudi Arabia, 14 June. Hmm...not sold on this one. Bit random, isn't it?
  2. Attending the annual meeting of the friends of the Drottningholm Theatre, 16 June. The pink is always my favorite, that's a given.
  3. At a dinner for the AAPKI Foundation, 13 June.

Latest Collaboration for H&M Donatella Versace

Following in line of designers Karl Lagerfeld, Roberto Cavalli, Lanvin, Stella Mccartney, Versace is the next to collaborate with H&M.
Donatella Versace "gave the world a sneak peak of what's in store by wearing one of her H&M designs to the Versace men's show in Milan yesteday" Telegraph

Versace will be designing womenswear, menswear and homeware which go on sale on 17th November 2011 (Stamp that date in your diary)

The collection will 'take a look back at the heritage of the brand', we hope to see lots of iconic Versace prints.
We can imagine the collection to be fierce, full of bold prints, sexy dresses and slick cuts. I can't wait for Novemeber to come!!!!

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 29 May - 4 June

Here's what Victoria wore from 29 May - 4 June:

  1. Presenting the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award, 31 May, on Victoria and from H&M. Half of me thinks this is flirty and fun, half of me thinks this is a kid's party dress (a thought only given more fuel by the ever-present ponytail). Which half do you agree with?

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 15-21 May

Here's what Victoria wore from 15-21 May:

  1. Speaking at the opening of the Nobel Laureate Symposium on Global Sustainability, 17 May. Here's a full length view from a previous outing.
  2. Arriving in Ockelbo (Daniel's home) for their three day visit, 19 May.
  3. Dinner at Gavle Palace, 19 May, a) on Victoria and b) from Escada. We have this one in navy, and the long version in red...wow, when she likes something, she goes all out, doesn't she?
  4. More engagements, 20 May, with YSL shoes and Malene Birger bag (Victoria often goes with Birger for bags).
  5. Reception in Ockelbo, 20 May. The traditional outfits were a wedding gift.
  6. Last day in Ockelbo, 21 May. Ah, a repeat from the glorious stylist days before the wedding. Nostalgia!
Best and Worst of the Week
Let's start with the worst. Outfit 2...well, it looks like something Queen Elizabeth would have worn in at Victoria's age, sensible lady that she is. Which is fine. For 1956. I'm no fan of that H&M dress from outfit 4, but at least it's youthful! The Alberta Ferretti is also a rather mature look, but it gets my best anyways because I'm still clinging to the notion that she might make a triumphant return to her pre-wedding style one of these days. A girl can dream.

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 3-9 April

Here's what Victoria wore from 3-9 April:

  1. a) A meeting at the Royal Palace, 6 April. Well, since she already had the striped jacket (b) out, she might as well use it. I miss the scarf, though.
  2. Visiting Camp Tensta, 9 April. Gotta love a princess that's happy to get shoeless when the occasion calls for it.

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 27 March - 2 April

Here's what Victoria wore from 27 March - 2 April:

  1. Meeting representatives of Armé- Marin- och Flygfilm, 28 March.
  2. At a Robyn concert, 28 March. Now, this would have been the place to wear that Lanvin necklace.
  3. On a visit to Smaland, 31 March, a) with coat and b) without. Very flattering!
  4. Attending a dinner at Residenset, 31 March. And we see the return of this dress, which I just find odd. I mean, it's business on the bottom, randy Victorian nightgown on the top.
  5. Second day of the Smaland visit, 1 April, a) with coat and b) without. I like the coat, but the dress does nothing for me (or for her).
  6. Visiting "The Kingdom of Crystal", 2 April, a) with coat and b) without. You know I love my Victoria in statement colors, but methinks this is tragically weighed down with black tights and boots.
Best and Worst of the Week
Combining statement prints is an art, and outfit 3 is a success. Love it. The blazer is flattering, and the scarf adds just what it needs to keep from looking like the uniform of a candy striper (or a child sailor? or a prisoner?). Outfit 5b takes my worst for the week, because while there's nothing particularly wrong about it (well, I mean, you know how I feel about those boots), there's nothing really flattering either. It's a whole bundle of meh.

What made your best and worst list for the week for Victoria?

Week in Review: Crown Princess Victoria, 20-26 March

Here's what Victoria wore from 20-26 March:

  1. At a youth house in Borlänge, 24 March.
  2. Visiting a bakery in Stora Skedvi, 24 March. Oh, the perils of being a royal. Sanitary gear ruins any outfit.
  3. At the Governor's dinner in Falun, 24 March, a) on Vic and b) on the runway. Purple, yay.
  4. Visiting Sälen, 25 March. A little boring, but not bad.
  5. In Lindvallen, 25 March.
Best and Worst of the Week
Once again, I find myself fixated on the accessories. My best of the week goes to the simple plum velvet dress in Outfit 3, and the saucy purple shoes that went along with it. My worst goes to an outfit that I want so badly to like, but just can't: Outfit 1. It's red, which is amazing, but it just doesn't work. Shooties. The white part of the top peeking out from under the red jacket. And just not a funky enough canvas on which to wear this red Lanvin for H&M necklace. I love it, I really do. But it doesn't go with a plain old suit. You'll probably disagree with me, so head on down to the comments and speak your mind!
